Each session provides hands-on training in essential techniques for protecting yourself against common threats. With small-group instruction, you’ll receive personalized guidance as you master leverage-based techniques, empowering you to feel confident and in control.

For women who want to learn more about our self-defense program before committing to a full class. We will cover awareness principles and participants will have the opportunity to try 2-3 beginner techniques.
